Research shows it takes an average of 4-6 months for individuals to find a home and have an offer accepted. After the offer is accepted, it then takes about 30-45 days to get to closing where your agent will assist you with the following: 

  • Finalizing mortgage details with your lender

  • Completing a home inspection and identifying necessary repairs

  • Getting an appraisal

  • Conducting a title search

  • Reviewing closing documents

  • Negotiating specific amendments within the Agreement
