Prior to the closing table, it is always recommended for buyers to do a final walk-through with their agent. Although it is not required, it helps to provide peace of mind before the final transfer of the property and to ensure nothing has changed since their inspection. In addition, the final walkthrough identifies if requested repairs have been made and designated inclusions have remained with the home.
